Agreements

1. Between IP & our company
2. Between IP and the Surrogate
3. Between IP and the IVF clinic

These documents are notarized in the local courts with our in-house advocate having vast experience

A copy of the draft agreements is sent to IP once the program is confirmed and the payments concerning the same is made. Interaction with the legal advisors on confirmation
 
A letter of support from a family friend, (an email would be fine, please ensure that this email needs to be a company email, not a web based email like gmail, hotmail or yahoo. (We need this letter for our insurance purpose).

 

Funds

within 2 working days after signing the agreement we will place advertisement for surrogate/egg donor and start the process of establishing contract with the lawyer & establishing accounts.

Start the process of recruiting the surrogate /egg donor which normally takes 4-6 weeks by advertising in local newspaper & magazines.
Cost of drafting contracts through lawyers & legal advice.

Arranging for surrogates insurance.

Administration of important medical appointments with surrogate.

Cost of miscellaneous documentation and admin costs, cost of transfer of funds, Following the confirmation of Surrogate and/or Egg Donor availability and after the IPs undertake their 1st round of IVF procedure. (All other IVF related medical fees would be paid to us as advised by the clinic and medical/other service providers

We will arrange for transferring medical procedure and any other fee required by this contract to the Clinic/ Surrogate/ Egg Donor from time to time after consultation with the IP and the Clinic.
